A very up and down day for Sussex. First a disastrous 7-0 defeat by a mighty strong Oxford team, then to bounce back with a 6-1 win over our friends across the boarder, Surrey. Sussex followed this with a 4-3 win over Kent. Things were looking good for a continued stay in Division 1. Only a leg was needed in the final match with Bucks to stay up. Alas it was not to be, as another crushing 7-0 defeat ensued to send Sussex down into division 2. Berks come back up after winning Division 2. I have no details of Div 2.
